The Center School is seeking a full-time Middle School Math/Homeroom Teacher.
The Center School “Uppers” program is an innovative, progressive middle school program. The applicant would be responsible for teaching 7th and 8th grade math, PE, and supporting in one or two other academic subjects. Other responsibilities include: advising, homeroom, supervising lunch and breaks, co-planning field and overnight trips, and devising new curriculum.
Applicants must possess an undergraduate degree and have at least 2 years teaching experience, possess a deep and genuine appreciation of, and special talent with, kids, a sense of humor, and a passion for social justice.

The Center School has a long-standing relationship with Antioch University’s Education Department. We take interns from their program almost every year.
