The Board of Directors is composed of individuals whose primary qualification is an interest in the organization and a commitment to the mission of the school. We are educators, parents, alumnae, business leaders, and friends of the Center School community. Our obligations are: 

1. Maintaining the school’s mission 

2. Being responsible for legal and fiduciary stewardship 

3. Strategic Planning 

4. Selecting, evaluating, and supporting the Head of School
