Director of Auxiliary Programs

Center School is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our Director of Auxiliary Programs. This newly established strategic role is responsible for shaping the expansion and future of auxiliary programs to advance the mission and generate additional revenue for Center School. The portfolio includes after-school enrichment, vacation camps, summer programs, and emerging opportunities that serve both Center School students and the wider community.
Reporting to executive leadership, the Director of Auxiliary Programs will play a key role in imagining and implementing new ways for children and families to connect with the school’s mission beyond the traditional school day—and in doing so, support the school’s future.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on innovation, program development, and mission-driven work. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a love of child-centered environments.
